We are privileged to bring to you more than a decade of industry experience in the adventure space. We specialize in engaging and equipping individuals through high-energy, fun-filled, outdoor learning and adventure activities, using state-of-the-art equipment and following the highest safety standards.

In recent times, we’ve expanded our focus to create customizable online programs and experiences for corporates, educational institutions and associations.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

Rajashekhar Moorthy

Rajashekhar Moorthy, or Raj as he is best known among his friends and family, is the founder and visionary behind Adventure Quest Plus.

With more than 20 years of rich experience in the space of adventure camping, outdoor experiences and people management; Raj is someone with a deep passion to impact individuals and help them be the best versions of themselves. His experience pans roles where he’s worked with youth, children, families, teams and all demographics – nationally and internationally. He is experienced in raising leaders and curating experiences that are fun, memorable and life-changing.

Raj has been involved in providing accredited training in Youth Work and Camp Ministry for young leaders who seek to be professionally qualified in a combination of theory and best youth work practice. He’s the founder and director of The Fishermen Trust, a non-profit organization that helps individuals discover their potential through adventure in the great outdoors.

Raj founded Adventure Quest Plus (AQ+) as an Extramural Learning Solutions provider that focuses on employee engagement and team development through adventure activities, by utilising the great Indian outdoors for Corporate, Schools, Colleges and Institutions.

Our Strategic Partners

Dave Hider is a close friend of our founder, Raj, and has worked closely with our sister organization, The Fishermen Trust since we began. He’s travelled to India several times to work alongside TFT. Dave is from the UK and is a senior leader and corporate trainer with more than 25 years of experience in various sectors. Recently, he completed an MBA in Leadership and Management (with distinction) and is passionate about unlocking potential in people, teams and communities!

Bert Cherian is an author, entrepreneur and executive coach. He is the CEO of Meta Results, a company that co-creates breakthrough results for organizations working in the area of people, operations and strategy. He has more than 15 years of experience in developing leaders at all levels and has trained and coached literally thousands of leaders, in both group and 1-to-1 sessions. Bert brings his rich and strategic leadership experience to the AQ+ team.
